Your day begins at 9:00 AM with a pickup from your hotel. The first destination is a spice farm, where you will explore various spices and fruits, learning about their cultivation and sampling seasonal produce. Afterwards, the excursion continues to Stone Town for a city tour.

This popular Spice Tour offers an immersive experience on an organic farm. You will not only see but also touch, smell, and taste a wide array of spices and tropical fruits, such as clove, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut. A guide will explain the cultivation and many uses of these plants. The spices were originally brought to Zanzibar in the 16th century by Portuguese traders

Stone Town

The historic capital of Zanzibar is Stone Town, a city renowned for its impressive cultural heritage and 19th-century history. Reflecting a unique blend of Arabian, Indian, Persian, and European influences, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 2000.

The city's rich Islamic history is evident in its many historic sites, including the distinctive mosques that dot the skyline, ancient Omani forts, and the intricate architectural details carved into the doors of its old buildings.

Following the spice farm tour, you will travel to Stone Town for a historical city tour. You will have the opportunity to witness its iconic buildings, such as the House of Wonders, the Sultan’s Palace, and the Darajani Market.
